Q. Do I have a set number of hours a week I need to work?
A. No – how often and when you work is totally up to you! We recommend 20-30 hours a week, but know not everyone’s schedule can handle that kind of time commitment.
Q. Can I block my state or country from seeing my profile?
A. Yes – we provide tools within your admin page to block whatever regions you need to feel comfortable online.
Q. What if I decide I don’t like it – am I allowed to quit?
A. Yes – working online is totally up to you – just let us know if you need a break or find it’s not a good fit.
Q. Do I have to try and get customers in my room?
A. No – we provide all the traffic for you – all you need to do is login and start chatting.
Q. What equipment do I need to broadcast?
A. At least 300kbit uplink of bandwidth for internet speed, a computer with at least a 400Mhz processor and 256Mb of memory, and HD webcam.
Q. Will I have have a live person to talk to if I have any questions?
A. Once you get started you’ll have your own personal representative handling your account and assisting you through the signup process and broadcasting.
